All our Fitness Classes at Strength Base include over 40+ Classes a month to choose from
All our classes are run in small groups of 6 to ensure you get the most out of your class and ensure you receive the best coaching possible which you wouldn't get in a large group!

This class is the perfect all round fitness class for those looking to explore more variety in their training, working on:

If you're looking to get stronger, loose body fat and keep your training more exciting, this is the perfect class for you!

This class is designed to get you started on your Olympic Lifting journey in a safe small group environment.

The sessions will be a strong focus on the primary lifts, Snatch and Clean and Jerk, as well as variations in order to help you improve!

These sessions are coached by our BWL Level 2 Weightlifting Coach which years of experience in weightlifting and will guarantee you better technique and more kilo's!
