What to expect when having a Sports Massage


At the start of your session we will discuss what your current pain or discomfort is and then go through the appropriate movement tests and postural assessments to highlight how to effectively approach the session.

It’s important to help you understand your body, so during the session I will be walking you through what I am doing and why, to help you in the future maintain a healthier posture, but also to maintain effective mobility for life.

How do I get booked in?

I am currently a Mobile Massage Therapist, which means that I can travel to you! Due to popularity, there's usually a 1-2 week waiting period before being able to get booked in!

There's no additional travel fee if you live less than 10 miles away from Strength Base Gym.

However anyone further than 10 miles away, there's a £5 additional travel fee.
