Usually, we can find the will power and drive to hit the gym and a hard session most days but when it comes to nutrition we all really struggle and give up. Then we jump back on the diet on monday, and so the cycle continues. 

Whatever your goal with nutrition it isn't one size fits all. It’s very personal to the individual. That’s right, what works for me might not work for you. We all have a different relationship with food, and we all have different daily habits.

How Strength Base can help

We are here to help you fit your food, diet around your lifestyle so that it works for you! Jenn will educate you on the science but results won’t happen overnight and you won’t always get it right, because at the end of the day you are human, but that doesn’t mean you can’t be successful and make positive and permanent changes to your nutritional habits.

After trying every diet known to man, losing weight then gaining weight, I finally took my first step to educating myself on how to build better habits. After changing some very basic habits I lost a steady 5 kg in 6 months and have since been able to stay at a stable weight for 3 years. Something I have never managed before. I still enjoy a wine or two and date night dinners but my nutrition now works around my lifestyle not the other way around
